How it started
It started with one question: "Will you coach me?"
Profitable Pro was not born in a boardroom. It was born from people asking for help.
Gilberto Herrera built his sales career at Advanced Media. At the time, it was the largest privately held marketing agency in the nation. He learned how real businesses find clients, close deals, and grow.
After he left, something kept happening. Business owners started calling him. They wanted to know how to get more clients, how to price, and how to stop doing everything themselves.
Then Ricco McAdory asked him a simple question: "Will you coach me?" Gilberto said yes. That yes became Profitable Pro.The ask that started a movement
Gilberto's own road was not easy. He was born in Panama City, Panama, and grew up facing real challenges. He became a father young. He learned sales the hard way: direct selling, banking, insurance, and networking.
